2 cups cooked pasta (bowtie, rigatoni, or a mix), al dente
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Marinara sauce or creamy dip, for serving
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Cook your pasta just until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.Season:
Add cooked pasta to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Add parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix until evenly coated.Air Fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Spread pasta in a single layer in the basket (you may need to work in batches).
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.Serve:
Let cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce or creamy dip of your choice.
