Instructions
Prepare the filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Warm the tortilla (optional):
- Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.
Assemble the wrap:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center. Add croutons and a dash of black pepper, if desired.
Wrap it up:
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
Grill the wrap (optional):
- For a crispy finish, place the wrap seam-side down in a heated skillet with a little olive oil and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve:
