Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add beef, cook until browned. Remove.
- Add garlic and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
- Pour in water, cover and steam for 2 mins.
- Return beef to pan. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil.
- Stir-fry 2–3 mins until everything is coated and hot.
