  • 2 large sweet potatoes (diced)
  • Avocado oil spray
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Ground Beef

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Bowl Toppings

  • 1 large avocado (sliced or diced)
  • 16 oz 2% cottage cheese (½ cup per bowl)

Instructions

Air Fry the Sweet Potatoes

  1. Add diced sweet potatoes to air fryer. Spray lightly with avocado oil.
  2. Season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Air fry at 400°F for 18 minutes, shaking halfway for even cooking.

Cook the Ground Beef

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with all spices.
  2. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned and aromatic. Set aside.

Build the Bowl

  1. In each bowl, add:
  2. 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes
  3. 4 oz seasoned ground beef
  4. ⅓ of a sliced avocado
  5. ½ cup cottage cheese (blended if desired)
  6. Top with crushed red pepper and a drizzle of hot honey.
