Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan add butter and minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
6. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and simmer until the sauce thickens.
7. Return the chicken to the pan and coat it with the creamy sauce.
8. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
You can serve this dish with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
For extra flavor add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce.
Use freshly grated parmesan for the best texture and taste.
