  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup strawberries (sliced)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup kiwi (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional topping)
  • 2 tablespoons granola (for crunch)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional treat)

Instructions

Line a baking tray

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet (about 9×13 inch) with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix the yogurt base

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Spread the yogurt

  1. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, about ¼ inch thick.
