- 4 ripe peaches (halved)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp honey
- Fresh mint (optional)
- Pinch of salt or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Heat grill; brush peaches with oil.
- Grill cut-side down 4–5 minutes, then flip and grill another 3–4.
- Top with yogurt and honey, garnish, and serve warm.
