  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop kale.
  2. Combine kale, cranberries, almonds, and blueberries in a bowl.
