6 ears of fresh corn, husked

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Aluminum foil, for wrapping
Instructions

Preheat Oven – Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

Prepare Garlic Butter – In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Corn – Brush each ear of corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Wrap in Foil – Place each ear on a piece of foil, wrap tightly, and arrange on the baking sheet.

Roast – Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.

Serve – Carefully unwrap, brush with any remaining garlic butter, and serve hot.

Add a sprinkle of paprika or chili powder before roasting for a smoky kick.

For extra caramelization, open the foil for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
