Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese (optional)

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.

Add a layer of frozen ravioli.

Top with meat sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes

No need to thaw ravioli before cooking.

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or sausage.
