- 4 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 can (10.75 oz cream of chicken soup)
- 1 can (10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice

Instructions:
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until browned on both sides.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
- Mix soups, broth, and rice in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into baking dish, add vegetables, and top with chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
- Serve hot!
