  • A sprinkle of fresh mint (if you’d like, for a lovely garnish!)

  1. Pop those watermelon cubes into a blender and give them a whirl until they’re smooth and velv.
  2. Just pop a nut milk bag or a few layers of cheesecloth over a big bowl and let the juice strain through.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pitcher, then mix in the lime and ginger juices. Top it off with some sparkling water and add a sprinkle of fresh mint for a lovely touch, if you’d like!

  1. Picking the perfect watermelon: For the tastiest juice, start with a great watermelon from a farmer’s market health store. Choose one that’s heavy for its size, has a nice round shape, and sports a dark, dull skin rather than a shiny one. Don’t forget to check for a sweet yellow field spot!
