- Grab yourself 8 cups of cubed seedless watermelon.
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
- a splash of ginger juice

Instructions
Pop those watermelon cubes into a blender and give them a whirl until they're smooth and velv.
Just pop a nut milk bag or a few layers of cheesecloth over a big bowl and let the juice strain through.
Pour the mixture into a pitcher, then mix in the lime and ginger juices. Top it off with some sparkling water and add a sprinkle of fresh mint for a lovely touch, if you’d like!
