Cool down the natural way—make your own fruit popsicles today and enjoy a treat that’s good for everyone!

  • Total Time: 6 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 popsicles

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, mango, blueberries, kiwi)
  • ½ cup 100% fruit juice (like orange, pineapple, or apple juice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Popsicle molds & sticks

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit: Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using berries, you can keep them whole or halve them.
  2. Layer or blend (your choice):
  3. Chunky style: Layer the fruit pieces directly into the popsicle molds.
  4. Smooth style: Blend the fruit with the juice and optional honey until smooth for a blended popsicle base.
  5. Add the juice: Pour the fruit juice into the molds over the layered fruit, or pour the blended mixture in if using the smooth method.
  6. Insert sticks: Add the popsicle sticks and make sure they’re centered.
  7. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. Unmold and enjoy: Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles. Enjoy your healthy summer treat!
