A classic takeout favorite made at home! This savory stir-fry features tender beef slices and crisp broccoli in a rich garlic soy sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add beef, cook until browned. Remove.
  • Add garlic and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
  • Pour in water, cover and steam for 2 mins.
  • Return beef to pan. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil.
  • Stir-fry 2–3 mins until everything is coated and hot.
