- 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup water
Toss beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit 10 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Add beef, cook until browned. Remove.
Add garlic and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
Pour in water, cover and steam for 2 mins.
Return beef to pan. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Stir-fry 2–3 mins until everything is coated and hot.
