  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 –3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional for extra flavor
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut optional topping
  • 2 tablespoons granola for crunch

Instructions

Line a baking tray

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet (about 9x13 inch) with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix the yogurt base

  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Spread the yogurt

  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, about ¼ inch thick.

Add the toppings

  • Evenly scatter sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, shredded coconut, granola, and mini chocolate chips on top of the yogurt layer.

Freeze the bark

  • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

Break and serve

  • Once frozen solid, remove from freezer and break into pieces. Enjoy immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.

❄️ Storage Tip: Keep bark stored in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Don’t thaw before eating—it’s best enjoyed straight from the freezer!
