Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 can 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
Instructions:
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in olive oil until browned on both sides.
Sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
Mix soups, broth, and rice in a bowl.
Pour mixture into baking dish, add vegetables, and top with chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
Serve hot!
