Give the corn a nice char
Here’s a fun little trick for cutting corn: flip a small bowl upside-down inside a large mixing bowl. Stand your ear of corn on the smaller bowl, then carefully slice the cob with a sharp knife. This way, the kernels won’t scatter everywhere—they’ll fall neatly into the bowl! After you’ve got them all cut, toss the kernels into a hot pan, stirring now and then, until they’re nicely charred. Enjoy the process!

Get ready to stir things up!
Toss all your yummy Mexican Street Corn ingredients into a bowl and give them a good stir. Don’t forget to sneak a taste and tweak the seasoning to your liking if needed!

Time to assemble your delicious bowls!
Start by layering your bowl with wild rice, add a generous scoop of Mexican street corn , and pile on the seasoned chicken. Top it off with your favorite toppings and some of the tasty sauce! Enjoy now or prep for later!
